Last training session was good, pushed us hard and I think that with more like that, not too often though, that the team will be fitter and better. Need more ball handling skills, though nothing to hard, start simple and work up, no point doing the hard stuff if the basics still up in the air and no one can do it. Mark

Hi Marc Thanks for the training session on Tuesday. I dont know about anybody else, but it has made me realise how unfit I have let myself get, and that a lot of hard work is now needed! I am looking forward to being streched at further training sessions, and looking forward to being able to beet all my personal times I set on Tuesday. Please enquire if anyone wants to do fitness sessions on a wednesday evening, I would be happy to run them, and it would have a marked improvement on everybodys game, especially the forwards. Thanks once agin, I have the bit for fitness and rugby back. Cocky

Hi Marc, Tried to join the forum but it wont let me. Anyway, the importent news. I was at work today due to mass delivery, but this means because of this, I have been able to take time off tomorrow . It's not definate, my manager wasnt in today, only the assitant, but he said that I should be able to leave tomorrow at either 12 or 1. If it's 12, I'll see you at the club, other wise, i'll have to meet you at Henly. I know where the club is there, so don't worry about that, played there before. And as for positions, will play where needed, though 6 would be preferable. Mark

Good news Mark. What happens when you try to join the forum ? What email are you trying to use (I think Proboards doesn't like AOL) Also check your spam folder as the confirmation might have been sent there...

Hi guys,
Extremely dissapointed that you cried off last night in your Vase match against Chipping Sodbury.
We were looking forward to a good cup encounter and extending some West Country hospitality to your players and supporters alike, come win or lose .
Whilst I do not know the circumstances of why you cried off, it does not appear to reinforce the spirit of what is an excellent Rugby Cup for Junior clubs like ourselves .
Being unaware of your no show until I arrived at the Clubhouse at 2.00 PM, I had to endure the whole afternoon drinking with our first team !!
Good luck in your league endeavours this season.
Yours in Rugby
Tony Jones - Vice President
